Ugh. For serious. You should see the glares I have gotten for saying I like Naruto. And Bleach for that matter. It’s really annoying. I could care less if they are mainstream or not as well known. I like what I like ^^
Pfft. People who think that way are idiots. Not liking mainstream or popular things is just another popular opinion. There’s usually a reason it’s popular: yes, a few people were into it before it got big and then they told their friends and the reviews were good and it went on from there. What’s the problem with that?
Seriously? That’s the different end of the spectrum from my problem. I hate Naruto, Bleach, and now Fairy Tail, but when I say so I get judged. *Sigh* Like what you like and screw everyone that has a problem with it.
It is a matter of taste as well. I do know people who refuse to watch things because they are popular just for the sole reason of being popular but there are people who genuinely don’t like them and that’s okay. I just don’t like being looked down for liking popular anime as much as people don’t like being looked down for not liking it. I do agree. People can just like what they like no matter what anyone else has to say.
